The Nature Conservation and Study Centre (NCSC), along with Sustaina Greens LLP (India), successfully hosted the International Symposium on Pollinator Conservation on September 15th, 2024. This virtual event brought together over 440 participants from 18 countries, fostering a global dialogue on the importance of protecting these vital ecological contributors.

The symposium featured renowned speakers like Pankaj Koparde (India), Sanej Prasad Suwal (Nepal), and Sanjan Bahadur Thapa (Nepal) who shared their expertise on the diverse roles of pollinators and the threats they face. Interactive presentations, engaging discussions, and a fun quiz competition facilitated a deeper understanding of the challenges and solutions associated with pollinator conservation.

This successful event highlighted the collective responsibility to protect pollinators and their habitats. We are grateful to all participants, speakers, and collaborators for contributing to this crucial discussion.
